Question: Where is the pick-up location?
Response: Our store is in Klemzig. Refer to our contact us page for details.

Question: What is your store operating hours?
Response: We are usually open Fri to Sunday. We are also open other days by appointment. It is always good to contact us to make an appointment.

Question: Do you do delivery?
Response: Yes, we have delivery services. You can rely on our hassle-free delivery services. We work to make your life less stress free. Please get details from the delivery section.

Question: Do you do decoration?
Response: Yes, we do full set up. We do stage decoration and hall decoration. Stage decoration includes backdrops, sofa, floral decoration etc. Stage decoration package is roughly 500-1000$. Hall decoration includes chair covers, table covers, table centrepieces, floral gate, welcome stands etc. Hall decoration price depends on number of guests and requirement.

Question: Can we pick up the day before? And return the day after?
Response: Of course, depending on item availability you can pick up a few days earlier and return the day after. If you need to keep items for longer, please let us know in special instructions and call us.

Question: Tell us more about delivery
Response: Delivery fee depends on location, items, time of delivery. Minimum delivery fee is usually 35$ each way - Applicable for Klemzig and neighbouring suburbs. Please see details here.

Question: How much is the damage fee?
Response: Damage fee is estimated based on current market price and nature of damage. We evaluate if damage is repairable. If it is not repairable, damage fee is higher.
